produce Home Information Packs (HIPs) following the Government announcement that
the provision of a HIP would become compulsory when selling a residential property.
Lampthink Ltd. is wholly owned by Cook Taylor Woodhouse Solicitors who have three offices in South East London and North Kent and are one of the largest conveyancing firms in the area.
All our HIPs are produced using the internet based HIPsWorld software which is the choice of many of the most successful HIP providers nationwide.
At Lampthink we pride ourselves on our dedication to producing your HIP as quickly and efficiently as possible and on being available to deal with any telephone enquiries.
We achieve this aim by being independent and locally based. We do not use remote call centres or teams but only fully trained staff who are able to deal with the vast majority of enquiries immediately.
Through our extensive network contacts with over 50 local estate agency offices we expect to produce well over 10,000 HIPs this year. Our staff enjoy close and friendly relations with your estate agent and are on hand to assist your estate agent in marketing your property by producing a professional HIP as quickly as possible.
As we are wholly owned by Cook Taylor Woodhouse Solicitors we are able to ensure that your HIP is immediately available to your conveyancing solicitor to speed up the sales process.
For the production of the Energy Performance Certificate we use only locally based, fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessors who will therefore be able to get to your property very quickly to carry out the inspection of your home enabling them to upload to us the Energy Performance Certificate.
